Reporting for and
The following Reports are available in both cc-Pulse and cc-Mpulse:
cc-Pulse™ Reports
The reports produced by ccPulse™ are HTML based.They may be saved as a text file, or saved as a web page.Reports saved as a web page can be offered on an Internet server, for access by stakeholders across the enterprise. Reports saved as a web page can also be opened, edited or sorted, and saved back to HTML by Microsoft® Excel.


With cc-Pulse™, you have control of report options The General options change the start date, duration units, and horizon of the report.The report can be generated for the active project only, or for all opened projects. By checking “Launch in Internet Explorer”, the report can be previewed in Internet Explorer. Using Internet Explorer, you can display multiple report windows simultaneously.


Buffer Report
The Buffer Report is to be used by the Project Manager and, absent the Looking Glass, the organizations leadership to evaluate the state of the multi-project system. For each buffer in the project, summary information is shown so that the state of the buffer may be assessed.The Buffer Guide and Protection Ratio are the best indicators of the state of the buffers.In the Check Task column is the ID number of the task that is threatening each buffer.

Upcoming Tasks By Project – “This Project’s Urgent Tasks”
This report is intended for the Project Manager’s use.The tasks included in this report are the incomplete tasks for the current project, and expected to start within the duration horizon.The tasks are sorted by ascending Task Prioritization Metric. The task with the lowest Task Prioritization Metric is the most urgent task.Header information for this report includes over allocated resources, a summary of the project status, and summary information about the project buffers.

Upcoming Tasks By Resource - “My Next Task”
This report is intended as a task list for each resource.The tasks included in this report are all of the incomplete tasks assigned to the current resource, and expected to start within the duration horizon.The tasks are sorted by ascending Task Prioritization Metric.The task with the lowest Task Prioritization Metric is the most urgent task.
Upcoming Tasks With Predecessors- “My Next Task’s Predecessors”
This report contains the list of incomplete predecessors for each task, so that the resource can check upstream on the progress of the predecessors.

Remaining Tasks by Resource – “My Remaining Work”
This report shows the remaining tasks for each resource.

Project Collect Status
This report is intended for the project manager to use to collect status. The tasks included in this report are all of the incomplete tasks for the current project, and expected to start within the duration horizon.The tasks are sorted by ascending Task Prioritization Metric.The report can be printed, and the blank columns filled out in a status meeting, for the Project Manager’s use to collect and update the project status.
