included free of charge. If you choose not to opt for a Maintenance Plan,
technical support is charged on a Per-Incident basis. |

- Free download of software maintenance updates, such as bug fixes or minor product enhancements, from our website.

Maintenance Plan Includes:
- Technical Support for 12 months via toll-free hotline or email. Technical Support hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, EST. Technical Support is available for installation and operational software support. Technical Support is not designed for model building, consulting, model de-bugging, or software training.
- Guaranteed 24 hour or next business day Technical Support response time.
- Free automatic full version upgrades for 12 months. Any new major releases of the covered software will automatically be sent at no charge.
- Automatic renewal and billing to ensure support never lapses.
