With every purchase, 90 days of technical support are automatically included free of charge. If you choose not to opt for a Maintenance Plan, technical support is charged on a Per-Incident basis.

  • Free download of software maintenance updates, such as bug fixes or minor product enhancements, from our website.
Maintenance Plan Includes:
  • Technical Support for 12 months via toll-free hotline or email. Technical Support hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, EST. Technical Support is available for installation and operational software support. Technical Support is not designed for model building, consulting, model de-bugging, or software training.
  • Guaranteed 24 hour or next business day Technical Support response time.
  • Free automatic full version upgrades for 12 months. Any new major releases of the covered software will automatically be sent at no charge.
  • Automatic renewal and billing to ensure support never lapses.
No Maintenance Agreement, Per Incident Support:
  • Technical Support via toll-free hotline or email at $35 per incident. Technical Support hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, EST. Technical Support is available for installation and operational software support. Technical Support is not designed for CCPM/TOC training, project planning, consulting, project network de-bugging, or software training.
